1. Engr. BERNABE M. ARCHETA (Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, UNC, 1988)
For his laudable achievement as an award-winning inventor of “Markell Granulator with Liquid Removing Compactor” duly recognized by Philippine Public Safety and Order Support Group National Directorate Office (Napapanahong Imbensyon Award), May 2013; Department of Science and Technology, National Capital Region and the Technology Application and Promotions Institute, 2011 and 2013 and Filipino Investors Society Producer Cooperative, January 2012.
2. JOSEPH JEROME T. FRANCIA (UNC High School, 1986)
For his notable achievement as Vice President and Head of Operations, GMA International at GMA Network; recipient of “Excellence in Multicultural Marketing Awards”; 1st Place – Digital Marketing & 1st – Grassroots Marketing given by National Association of Minorities in Communications in September 2012; Active Player in Asia’s multiple platform content distribution industry, with extensive experience in developing and delivering content on free-to-air and pay-television.
3. REMEGIO E. TATEL, JR. (UNC High School – Night Department, 1973, Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Student, UNC, 1973-1974)
For his exemplary performance as Lead Systems Engineer, Aircraft Combat Training System for U.S. Navy Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft, from 2004 to present and for exhibiting high sense of commitment as former Instructor, Aircraft Nondestructive Testing and Ionizing Radiation Safety, San Diego City College, Military Programs, 1999-2004.

1. FLORENCIO T. MONGOSO JR. (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Economics, 1989)
For his exceptional achievement as multi-awarded and Outstanding Public Servant in his various capacities as Naga City Government Administrator and Former PESO Manager, DOLECOM. His expertise and impressive contributions in government service has helped in shaping the present progressive state of the City.
2. JOSE C. SUPANGA (Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, 1983)
For being the family head of one of the Five Filipino Families honored during the 3rd Jollibee Family Values Awards held on October 15, 2013 at Ortigas Center, Pasig City and for spearheading various community service activities and advocacies together with his family in his home town in Cabusao, Camarines Sur.
