    HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

     

    Qualifications:

    • Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course; preferably under BSBA in Human Resource Management or BS Psychology or any equivalent course
    • Preferably with working experience as an HR Generalist or with expertise in Trainings and Organizational Development
    • Computer literate
    • Can work under minimum supervision
    • Good in oral and written communication skills
    • Trustworthy and hardworking
    • Must have good inter-personal relationship skills

     

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Staff support

    • Ensured that accurate Job Descriptions are in place
    • Identifies training and development opportunities; and processes such requests esp identified outside trainings or seminars
    • Organizes in-house staff activities and events

    Monitor staff performance and attendance activities

    • Monitor daily attendance
    • Investigate and understand cause for staff absences (esp consecutive &/or habitual absences)
    • Monitor scheduled absences such as travel or seminar schedules
    • Monitors legal and special holidays

    Coordinates staff recruitment and selection process

    • Prepares notices and ads for vacant staff positions
    • Schedules and organizes interviews
    • Does the initial screening of applicants
    • Conducts reference checks on short-listed candidates
    • Provides staff orientation

    Provides information and assistance on human resource and work related issues

    • Promotes workplace safety
    • Provides advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems
    • Provides assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations
    • May perform other tasks as required

    PURCHASING OFFICER

     

    Qualifications:

    • Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course; preferably under Business, Administration/Management or its equivalent
    • Preferably with working experience under purchasing, inventory, material & warehouse management or any related field
    • Computer literate
    • Can work under minimum supervision
    • Is willing to work under extended hours during peak project seasons
    • Trustworthy and hardworking

     

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Oversees the preparation of purchasing of purchase orders
    2. Negotiates and recommends contracts and suppliers for the purchase of supplies, services and equipment
    3. Coordinates with vendors regarding availability of products, services and prices
    4. Provides guidance to the Operations Team in order placements; as well as supports Operations Project procurements
    5. Coordinates with the Pre-sales team on proposal requests and quotations; as well as bid documents and presentations
    6. Inspects and checks all delivered supplies, services and equipment to insure conformance with required specifications
    7. Record keeper of the total inventory of office and operations equipment, supplies and facilities
    8. Maintains records of bidders and vendors
    9. Provides reports as required
    10. May perform other tasks as required
