MIS Systems Administrator

Admission, Registration and Fees

Enrolment in UNC is computerized! Once you have completed the requirements, then after following the enrolment procedures you may become a UNCean less than an hour!

We are open (Administration Offices and Academic Office) at 8:00AM to 12:PM and 1:00PM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday and Saturday from 8:00AM to 12:00PM Philippine Time. You may call the College Guidance/Admission Office at (63 54 473-90-49 or 63 54 8116100 local 132) for other information.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Freshmen

    High School report card (Form 138)

    Certificate of Moral Character

    Authenticated Photocopy of Birth Certificate

    4 Copies of 1.5" x 1.5" recent ID Picture

Transferees

    Honorable Dismissal Form

    Recommendation Form

    Transcript of Records of Official Copy of Grades

    Police Clearance

Cross-Enrollees

    Permit to Cross Enroll

    Copies of 1.5" x 1.5" recent ID Picture

Initial Steps for Admission

    Submit the requirements at the Guidance Center (AMS 111)

    Pay the Testing Fee of PHP 90 at the Treasurer's Office (JH 04)

    Take the Entrance Exam and Wait for the Result (except Cross Enrollees)

For the On-Site Examinees (those that took the entrance exam at their respective High Schools), just get your RESULTS from the Guidance Center and Proceed to the Next Step.

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

Admission Rooms

Present your examination result to the Admission Counselor

Undergo the admission interview if required

Take the English Placement Test and Mathematics Placement Test

(for incoming AS, CS, and Nursing studetns)

Accomplish the required forms

-Personal Data Form (GS)

-College Admission Form

-HS Individual Form

-Individual Inventory (Elem)

Submit accomplished forms and secure approval from the Admission Counselor

Note: Enrollees with incomplete requirements must submit a promissory note.

DEAN'S OFFICES

Submit all admission documents to the Enrolling Officer

Choose your subjects

Have your chosen subjects verified and approved by the Enrolling Officer

Pay miscellaneous fees (fee vary according to college)

Registrar's & Treasurer's Office/IMC

For cash payment and other discounts, proceed to Accounting Office (Window 5) and secure an approved discount form

Pay the ID Fee of Php 120 and tuition fee at the Treasure's Office (Window 3)

Submit the approved enrolment documents and receipts at Registrar's Office

Accomplish ID Application form and secure approval(download the form here)

Get your official Matriculation Form and review the subjects listed

Proceed to the IMC for ID picture (2nd Floor, AMS Bldg.)

Present accomplished ID application Form and have your picture taken
