Two student leaders from the University of Nueva Caceres are awardees in the Search for Ten Outstanding Students of Bicol (TOSB) for 2012. The awardees are Jemalyn N. San Jose (BSE, 4th year) and Ma. Clarissa A. Bombase (AB Political Science, 4th year). The award is given in recognition of their exemplary performance in scholarship, leadership and service and their unwavering commitment to youth participation for Bicol development.
Jemalyn San Jose is the current governor of the Education College Board while Ma. Clarissa Bombase is the current president of the University Student Government. Both are academic scholars and active student leaders of the University.
The Awarding Ceremony will be on March 9, 2012, 1:00 pm. at the University of St. Anthony, Iriga City, Camarines Sur. The awardees will receive a Plaque of Recognition and cash incentive from AKO BICOL (AKB) Party List.
